SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS:

All shipping, return and refunds are handled by Amazon.

SHIPPING:

The item you ordered was shipped by Amazon from an Amazon warehouse directly to your address. you can check the status of your order by going to "Orders" on the right-hand side of Amazon's Main Menu. From there scroll down until you see the picture of this item, and look for the button that says, "track package" and follow the prompts to track your package.

If you cannot locate the tracking number in your account, then you can contact Amazon Customer Service at 1-888-280-4331 anytime. Amazon customer service can provide you with a tracking number and updates for this order.

If the tracking says delivered but you have not received your package, please contact Amazon Customer Service directly for help to locate you package.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Thank you for your order and for reaching out. We’re so sorry to hear that there was an issue with your gift, and it did not meet your expectations! All our products go through a rigorous inspection process, and we sincerely apologize that this was missed.

We use the Amazon Fulfillment network to handle our orders meaning this item was stored and shipped directly to you from an Amazon warehouse. In this case Amazon takes care of all customer service-related issues including accepting returns and refunds. They do a wonderful job and will make sure to take care of everything you need. 

Please contact Amazon for a refund or replacement. Simply log into your account and visit Amazon's Main Menu, click on "Orders" on the right side. From there scroll down until you see the item that you ordered, and click the "Return" button, and then follow the prompts to return the item.
